CWP developed its reputation by supplying high-quality North American hardwoods produced to each customer's exact quality specification. We work in most eastern hardwoods: red oak, white oak, hard maple, soft maple, cherry, poplar, birch, ash, basswood, aspen, hickory and walnut, supplying discriminating customers both in the U.S. and abroad.

Over the thirty years we have been in business we have developed a wide network of outstanding suppliers. Rather than simply shopping around for the cheapest price, we prefer to work with smaller, family-owned mills that take a personal interest in the customer's quality standards and end product and that are willing to "go the extra mile" to satisfy each customer's individual requirements. We work with the same mills regularly (for years at a time) so that we understand their raw material supply and their machining capabilities and know exactly what they are capable of and what can be asked of them. In turn, the suppliers understand our discriminating quality requirements and give us preferential service and pricing, knowing that any business with CWP is likely to lead to a successful long-term program. We represent a select, comprehensive group of such mills, scattered across the U.S., and each with their own specialties in species, machining and quality control.
